Medicare Advantage plans that give members more choice of healthcare providers continue to fuel the growth in managed Medicare plan enrollment, which increased 18% between July 1, 2006, and July 1, 2007, according to data released by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) August 10.
